The The Project Rationale section of the application form lets you explain the aims of your project, what you want to achieve and what are the expected benefits on participants and participating organisations.
Make sure to read the questions carefully and address all sub-questions.
Our example below shows how to complete the Project rationale section using a Mobility of young people (KA152-YOU) application form.

Access "Project Rationale"Click on Project Rationale in the Content menu. The Project Rationale screen opens. Fill in the fieldsIn the Project Rationale section, you are asked to explain the aims of your project, what you want to achieve and what are the expected benefits on participants and participating organisations. This section contains a number of subsections. In KA152 the subsections are:

Fill in all the fields up to the Topic subsection.
Fill in the "Topic" subsection (if applicable)In the Topic subsection you need to select at least one and a maximum of three topics which are being addressed by your project, from the drop-down list. The selected topic(s) will be displayed above the selection box. To remove a previously selected topic click on the X next to the topic name. Some topics may require additional clarification about your planned approach. In such cases an additional field is displayed under the drop-down box. |
