This page describes the general layout and navigation of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform. It is intended for the general public, applicants and beneficiaries of these programmes.

The Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform is the single entry point to the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes for the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027. It enables applicants and beneficiaries to:

  • Search for registered organisations participating in Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps decentralised actions.
  • Register their organisation for participation in Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps decentralised actions.
  • Submit applications for grants and or accreditation for decentralised actions.
  • Manage ongoing projects.

The page is accessible even if you do not yet have an  EU Login  account, however most of the actions you will perform as an applicant or awarded beneficiary require signing in.

The screen consists of the following areas:

  1. Top bar

  4. Footer

The main  menu, header and footer are always displayed and can be accessed from anywhere inside the platform. 

The content that is available to you depends on your role in the organisation and whether or not you are authenticated.

Erasmus and European Solidarity Corps platform

Top bar

The following elements are available in the top bar:

  1. The breadcrumb shows your path of navigation. It also allows you to quickly return to the homepage.
  2. Register or login  - allows you to login to the homepage. An   EU Login account is required for signing in.
  3. The  Profile  icon - active only after login. When clicked, opens options to provide website feedback and to sign out.
  4. The language selection icon - clicking on it enables you to change the language from English to another language of the programme countries. If your desired language is not supported, you will continue to see all items and information in English. Once you have selected a language, your choice will be preserved for all future sessions.
  5. Notifications  - messages of general interest are displayed when relevant.

Once you sign in, you will also be able to:

  1. Leave Website feedback about your experience using the platform.
  2. Sign out of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform.

Main menu

Use the main menu to navigate through the various sections of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform. Certain sections are only available after you sign in.

  • Home - return to the homepage. 
  • Organisations - searchregister an organisation or view the list of your organisations; the last two require signing in.
  • Opportunities - access the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Web application forms.
  • Applications - only when signed in - manage your draft and submitted application forms, as well your contact persons.
  • Projects - access the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform; when signed in - manage your awarded projects, access Projects.
  • Resources  - access additional resources such as links to official information about Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, the legal notice and more.
  • Tools  - manage notifications.

On a desktop computer screen, the menu can be collapsed or expanded by clicking on the  X/menu  icon, respectively.

On a mobile device, the menu is collapsed by default and only the menu icon is displayed.

Work area

The  Work area  displays content according to your selection in the main menu and whether or not you have signed in.

Where applicable, the work area is further divided into:

  1. The left panel contains a Content menu or a Search and filter area, depending on the context. It helps the user filter or navigate through the content displayed in the right panel.
    1. This panel can be collapsed or expanded on a desktop computer screen by clicking on the relevant arrow. On mobile devices, this panel is collapsed by default. 
  2. The right panel is the Content panel - it displays information in accordance with your selection in the main menu and the left panel.
  3. The  Header  - it is available only in certain sections and provides the basic details of the content you are viewing.

It is possible to scroll independently through the menu, the work area as a whole, and the two panels of the work area.

Access and Navigation

Sign in / Sign out

To sign into the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform click on the  Profile  icon in the top bar, then click  Register or login  and provide your EU Login username and password.

To sign into the platform, click Register or login

To sign out, click the  Profile  icon and select the  Sign out  button.

The homepage

The homepage includes quick access buttons to the Erasmus+  and European Solidarity Corps opportunities.

After signing in you will also have access to the search filters, as well as an overview of the most relevant information to you, such as:

  • upcoming deadlines for open calls
  • your draft and submitted applications

Clicking on the hyperlinked element (e.g. Form ID for an application) next to a specific item takes you to the relevant section of the platform. To return to the homepage click   Home  in the main menu or in the breadcrumb.

Customise your homepage

After authentication, you can choose what you wish to view on the homepage, from the available information. This custom selection of information is referred to as a custom view.

Custom views can be saved, set as default, and deleted in a dedicated customisation panel.

To open this panel click on the Customise button. To close the panel click either on the Close Customise button or on the X in the top right corner of the panel. 

Create a custom view

Creating and saving a custom view enables you to use it later on to quickly change what you see on the homepage. 

  1. Click on Customise to open the customisation panel.
  2. The available workspaces are listed. In the default view all workspaces are selected and displayed on the homepage.
  3. Deselect the ones you do not wish to view. The homepage is updated accordingly.
  4. Type a name in the  My Configuration Name  field.
  5. Click on Save. Your custom view is now displayed in the drop-down list.

To apply the custom view simply select it from the list, and the homepage is updated accordingly.

Set a custom view as default

Setting a view as default enables you display the same set of workspaces every time you return to the homepage.

  1. Select the custom view from the drop-down list.
  2. In the panel click on Set as default. Your custom view is now preserved for all futures sessions.
Delete a custom view
  1. Select a custom view from the drop-down list.
  2. In the customisation panel click on   Delete. The custom view is removed from the drop-down list.

Using the main menu

To access a specific page:

  1. Click on a section title in the main menu to expand the corresponding section. The drop-down arrow next to the title indicates that the section is now expanded. Clicking on the title collapses the section.
  2. Click on a desired page to display its content in the work area. The selected page is highlighted with a light blue background.

Information
Due to technical constraints, certain sections (e.g. List of National Agencies etc.) open in a different browser tab. These sections are easily identifiable via a specific icon, as shown below.
To return to the homepage, simply return to the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform tab.
