The Organisational Support grant is displayed in the Budget menu inside the project and it is not editable:

How is the amount allocated?

For KA121 projects, the Organisational Support amount (without Inclusion support for organisations) is calculated as follows:

For Group mobility of school pupils and Group mobility of adult learners activity types, the value is taken from the Organisational support field in Group Activities.
For the other activity types, the Organisational support grant is centrally calculated according to the Action type, Activity type and Number of participants, excluding accompanying persons and mobility activities with checked flag Organisation support grant not requested.
The flag Participant fleeing Ukraine due to the Russian aggression from Mobility activities is also taken into the account by the NA rates calculator.

The reported number of participants does NOT exclude zero-grant mobilities.
