NOTE: As of 1/2/2025, due to an internal reorganisation within the European Commission, DG NEAR is now replaced by DG MENA (Directorate-General for Middle East, North Africa, Gulf) and DG ENEST (Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood). Thus, any reference to DG NEAR in the PRAG (chapters or annexes) shall be construed as referring either to DG MENA or to DG ENEST depending on the concerned geographical area.

On 16/04/2025, the PRAG was amended with the following changes.

On 19/11/2025, the Terms of Reference for Contractual Expenditure Verifications (CEV) which are annexed to the templates for grants and services contracts, namely Annexes e3h8a and e3h8b and Annexes b8k1 and b8k2, were amended. Minor modifications were also implemented in the notice to the presumed successful tenderer, Annex b11c. These modifications are deemed necessary in order to fully address the IAS recommendations.
