In KA121 and KA122 projects from Call year 2024, when adding or editing the organisation details in the Beneficiary module, you can indicate if the organisation is a Supporting organisation (1). The flag is only available for organisations with the role Other organisation (non-beneficiary) and Consortium member. If an organisation is flagged as Supporting organisation, explanatory text regarding these organisations is displayed. After the option is selected, the field Type of supporting organisation (2) becomes available and you must choose from the options presented in the drop-down list: Paid or Unpaid. For organisations transferred from the National Agency's project management system, the flag is unchecked by default, but can be activated, if available and required.
