First PRIME-RU Dialogue joint meeting took place on 28 March 2017 in Brussels, discussing both strategic and operational priorities. Morning session on strategic outlook included presentations on 10 priorities of the rail freight sector declaration, on the Swedish railway model and infrastructure renewal issues. Afternoon session on operational topics covered discussions on key performance indicators, train driver language for cross border traffic and transparency of infrastructure charging framework.
