SAFETY CULTURE

The purpose of the subgroup is to allow for a forum to discuss safety culture and to support safety culture change across IMs in Europe.
This is done by the exchange of knowledge and best practices on measuring and improving safety culture. The subgroup meets 2 or 3 times per year.
The subgroup also supports and organizes in-depth learning between IMs. This was a.o. done in 2017 by means of the Twinning Program. For the results see: https://safety.networkrail.co.uk/safety/industry-groups/european-safety-culture-twinning-programme/ and the final report:
