EU Pollinator Monitoring Scheme – under development (Action 1 of the EU Pollinators Initiative), once implemented it will ensure data on the status and trends of pollinator species, as well on pollination ecosystem service
European European Monitoring of Biodiversity in Agricultural Landscapes (EMBAL): once implemented it will provide information on the state of pollinator habitats in agricultural landscapes, i.e. how pollinator-friendly are those landscapes.
Land Use and Coverage Area frame Survey (LUCAS) – its grassland module will provide data on the state of grasslands, which are pollinator habitats of critical importance.
Pesticide monitoring using honeybees (Insignia) - currently in pilot phase, once implemented it will bring data on pesticide concentrations in the environment as well as plant diversity in the landscape.
