Summary

After the responses have been submitted to the Commission, you will be redirected to Step 5 where you will see proof see an acknowledgment of receipt and you will be able to download a copy of your submission. You will also receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

Once Step 4 is complete and the Principle Addressee has submitted the RFI, they will automatically be directed to Step 5 the Summary, it is advised to print this page and to download a copy of replies.

  1. You are now in the "Summary" step where you will see a message in green informing you that you can no longer work on the questionnaire as it has been submitted.
  2. A message informing you your questionnaire has been submitted to the DG Comp case team and advising you to print your replies;
  3. The contact details of the "Principle Addressee" who submitted and therefore signed the questionnaire;
  4. The Download Replies"  button to enable you to down your replies to PDF.
InfoThe Principle Addressee will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from the Commission. It is advised to keep a copy if this e-mail as an "Acknowledgement of Receipt" of the submission of the RFI



Acknowledgment of receipt

Each time you login to your RFI after you have successfully submitted your responses to the European Commission, you will be redirected to Step 5: Summary. All other steps will be disabled and you will not be able to go back and change your answers.

After submission of the responses to the European Commission, the collaborators' access to the eRFI application will be interrupted. Collaborators will therefore not be able to download the final submitted answers and supporting documents.

Step 5: Summary will remain available until a member of the Commission's case team terminates the RFI. At that point, the Principal Addressee's access will also be interrupted. It is therefore advisable to keep the acknowledgment of receipt that will be emailed to you.
