In Erasmus+ projects, the Type of Organisation field is available in Application Forms (AF) , Project Management Module (PMM),and Beneficiary Module (BM).

• In AF:

  • If the organisation has applied before, this field will be prefilled.

  • If the organisation holds an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), the organisation type will be prefilled as Higher Education Institution (tertiary level).
  • For certain organisation types (e.g., Foundation, Non-Governmental Organisation/Association, Social Enterprise), an additional drop-down menu allows the selection of the main sector of activity

• In BM:

  • The organisation type is displayed under Participating Organisations in the Project Activities and Budget Details section.
  • To view the organisation type, user must first click either the View (eye icon) or Edit (pencil icon) button in the Participating Organisations list.
  • It appears alongside other organisational information such as Organisation Role, Organisation ID, Legal Name, Business Name, VAT, and National ID (if applicable).
  • The organisation type is prefilled and cannot be modified.
