In projects for KA121, KA122 and KA182, call 2024, in individual mobility activities, you can add more than one location for the receiving organisation, allowing you to provide details for mobilities that involve multiple locations. The option to add multiple locations for receiving organisations depends on the activity type of the mobility activity.

To start adding receiving organisation(s), click on the Add Receiving Organisation button. 

To add additional locations/cities for the same receiving organisation, click again on the Add Receiving Organisation button.

The information of the first chosen organisation is copied on a new line, and you can only change the Receiving city (the rest of the information is read-only). You can addup to 2 additional receiving cities.

After adding the third choice (including the main location of the organisation), the Add Receiving Organisation button will become unavailable. If needed, you can also delete any additional receiving organisation, by clicking on the recycle bin button.
