Basis for user tests, surveys or polls

Research was carried out in 2014-15 together with all DG stakeholders to come to a comprehensive list of audience profile categories and subcategories for the Commission web presence.  The resulting validated audience profile categories must be used as a basis for any user tests, surveys or polls running on the Commission web presence to ensure comparability of results.

Audience profile data is available for each of the 77 Commission-wide user tasks.
