Welcome
The Submission ID is created automatically on submission of an application form. If a form is submitted multiple times the Submission ID is updated for each submission, while the Form ID remains the same. The submission ID is displayed on screen immediately after the application form is submitted and is also sent in a notification to the primary contact persons and legal representatives of the participating organisations. It is also visible in the Submission History section of the application form.
