"Non-teaching staff" flag

The non-teaching staff flag may be available in the Participant section of mobility activity details in KA121 or KA122 projects, depending on the Activity type of the mobility activity.

It can be used to refer to staff such as school leaders, managers, counsellors, advisors, etc. Consult the Erasmus+ programme guide for details as per field of your project.

The flag is available if one of the following activity types is selected:

  • Courses and training,
  • Job shadowing,
  • Teaching or training assignments.

The Non-teaching staff flag and Incoming international participant (under special conditions) flag are mutually exclusive
