Form ID

The Form ID is created when the apply button for an opportunity is clicked. The Form ID remains the same, regardless of how many times the form is submitted or edited. It consists of the Action type and eight alphanumeric characters, for example: KA130-HED-1C7B2278. 

It can be used in Application forms to find an application.
