Working Group on Adult Learning: Opening up Opportunities for All

This working group takes a holistic approach to adult learning, with the aim to cover the entire adult population and all types of skills.

Through mutual learning it supports Member States in implementing the actions of the 2020 European Skills Agenda related to re- and upskilling of adults, the 2016 Council Recommendation on Upskilling Pathways and the 2022 Council Recommendations on individual learning accounts and on a European approach to micro-credentials for lifelong learning and employability.
